What type of Payments are you currently accepting?
We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, Mastercard etc.) or PayPal. Please note: If you want to pay via American Express, please select PayPal in the checkout and then click on the option “Pay with Credit or With Debit Card inside PayPal. If you need help more help, please contact our customer service.
Can I return my item?
Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order, you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us. Please note, that you must contact us within 10 days from the date your order was delivered. What Shipping method do you use?
We ship to Haiti with a shipping service provider. For Canada, and the Dominican Republic we ship with USPS Large or Medium Flat Rate box 20lbs max USPS Flat rate option available or Express shipping Please note, we do not ship to PO boxes so please enter your home mailing address when placing your order
Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?
A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. LovelyLux cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Shipping time is only about 3-4 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So, after you place your order, it should arrive within a total of 4-6 business days.

Yes, you can. local pick up is acceptable from 12:00-5:00 PM on Sunday at Pines Center Plaza.
