Shipping delays to physical orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information to the email address used during checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders of $75.00 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Shipping. Shipping is free if your order includes at least $75.00 of eligible items.
Local Pick up: You can skip the shipping fee with free local pick up at the City Center in Pembroke Pines. After placing your order and selecting local pick up at check out, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days on Sunday from 12 pm to 6 pm. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Haiti, Dominican Republic. For international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination please allow 8 to 20 days for your delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
Due to Florida State Law, Underwear, swimwear may not be returned unless the wrong item was shipped or it came damaged.
Swimwear are an intimate product; therefore, we will not accept any returns due to hygienic reasons. However, we want to make sure we satisfy your needs. Although we do not offer exchanges, if you received the wrong products, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the right product.
Returns
We will gladly refund your full-price online purchase within 10 days if the items are in sealable condition with all tags attached. Sale items may not be returned. Credits will be issued based on the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes. To return an item, please complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice. Next to each returned item note the quantity being returned. We recommend that you request tracking and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within the first two hours after your order was placed; if not, you will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee. If the order gets sent out before we can process the cancellation, it was our mistake and you’ve received the package. Please go ahead enjoy the item or donate it to any local thrift store.
